E-COMMERCE PROFESSION: IS IT WORTH HIRING EMPLOYEES?
It is worth hiring employees to help with the implementation and management of your e-commerce. Employees add knowledge and value, which is critical to your company's growth.
However, before hiring, you should check which salary to pay, as well as the charges that this will generate. Will you then be able to cover the costs of keeping an employee? Reflect on it.
Another important thing is that if you are going to hire, do it right the first time. This avoids harmful turnover , which generates extra costs for your company.

In addition, you can resort to other options. One of them, for example, is hiring an e-commerce agency and/or a Digital Marketing agency to perform the services that the employees listed in this post would do.
In many cases, hiring an agency can even be cheaper, since they already have the hardware, software and specialists, who are trained periodically. In addition, the agency is also the one who manages to maintain all this. Therefore, you will only need to pay the fees of this one and the prices of the campaigns. Practical, isn't it?
Well, analyze these things carefully before making a decision. Have your way!
