Adegga Marketplace is an online shopping mall integrated into the main website of the Portuguese company of the same name, which is dedicated to holding events, interactions between producers and the wine trade.

This marketplace allows small wine producers and distributors in Portugal to sell their products online. Each registered venture is awarded a virtual store within the platform.

Every store, in turn, has an opening page with the history of the producer/distributor and their products. A wine list is then presented. In this area, the consumer can select the quantity, enter a discount code, fill in the delivery address and payment method and, finally, confirm the order.

Each producer sends the wines purchased to the final consumer. The latter, in turn, receives the products at home during the quarantine. It is worth remembering, however, that the company Adegga did not say whether the marketplace will continue after the Covid-19 crisis.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE YOUR MARKETPLACE?

Marketplace planning is an indispensable phase
Marketplace planning is an indispensable phase

Creating a marketplace always begins with planning. To do this, you can use resources like a Business Plan , for example. This way, you can know beforehand, spending as little as possible, whether or not your project idea is viable.

Once the planning is complete, the next steps involve opening a company, obtaining a business license , and other bureaucratic measures, which can be better explained by an accounting professional.

Next, you will need to create the marketplace itself, that is, the online platform where sellers can register and consumers can make purchases. This phase requires the expertise of a team of hired developers or an e-commerce agency.

The e-Plus agency, for example, has a development team that has already produced more than 300 online stores in Brazil and other countries. To get in touch, just click on the button below from your smartphone and start a chat:
