An e-commerce business is not born overnight. He is born and reborn throughout the time he exists. To sustain this evolution, the entrepreneur needs to use tools such as:

1- Customer History:

The Customer History (HC) is a list that lists the actions performed by a customer while he/she remains in contact with your virtual store, with your physical store and with your other sales channels. With it, it is possible to predict consumer behavior and optimize trade.

2- Behavioral Targeting :

Behavioral Targeting (BT) is a tool that, like HC, allows for predicting consumer behavior, but in a more comprehensive way. It takes into account market research and general Big Data, which enable the emergence of insights for improvements.

3- Freight administration:

Logistics management starts to become challenging for entrepreneurs when their online store grows from small to medium or large. From this point on, it becomes worthwhile to seek out freight management resources, such as the Integrated Logistics system offered by the Brazilian postal service (Correios), for example.

4- Telesales:

Telemarketing is the use of the telephone as a sales platform. A call center allows for more technical customer service, opening negotiations, and generating greater credibility for your online store.

5- Insertion of prices:

Dynamic pricing tools manage prices automatically, more quickly and accurately. They monitor market prices, suggest more competitive prices, prevent pricing errors and their associated losses, among other functions.

6- E-fulfillment:

E-fulfillment involves all the work of separating, packaging, shipping, and delivering a product to the consumer. You can do it yourself or outsource it. The latter, in turn, may become the best option as your e-commerce business grows.

7- Share Capital:

Social capital refers to networks of relationships based on trust. Therefore, it is prudent for you as an entrepreneur to maintain good and lasting relationships with clients, suppliers, investors, etc. This is essential for the growth of your business.

Resources like these, when put into practice, help the entrepreneur to mature his venture and, thus, go further than his competitors.
