Mobile payment is a term that names systems that allow consumers to make payments in physical stores and in virtual stores from anywhere with internet access using hardware such as smartphones, smartwhatches and computers in general.

Also called ewallets, mobile payment systems allow consumers to register their credit and debit cards so they can make purchases without having to enter passwords. This, in turn, provides more agility, practicality and convenience to commerce.

Ewallets can count, for example, with QR Code, digital wallet and payment by approximation, among other features that make it easier to checkout. In addition, they have encryption and a biometric reader, which increases security.

In e-commerce, consumers can use these systems to pay for purchases directly in virtual stores. But in addition, when making a local online purchase at a market or pharmacy, for example, the consumer can also pay at the time of delivery using the approach feature.

Furthermore, a good mobile payment system is ideal for recurring e-commerce purchases. In this way, you can use an ewallet to allow your customers to pay for subscriptions to food baskets, online classes, gym training, and other products and services.
