Click Collect is a network of smart lockers for product delivery purposes. It allows customers to pick up the products they purchased from your virtual store at an address other than their homes or workplaces.

A smart locker, also called an e-Box, is a smart locker integrated with Clique Retire's systems. Positioned in places like gas stations, subway stations and shopping malls, for example, they can be used to post and pick up parcels.

Clique Retire, for those who don't know, is a Brazilian company founded in 2019. Together with its ally Pakpobox, it has more than 2.000 smart lockers in 15 countries, 200 of them in the cities of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. The company expects to reach the mark of 1.600 e-Boxes throughout Brazil by 2025.

The idea, therefore, is to serve the public from places that have delivery restrictions. E-Boxes are ideal for people who cannot receive orders at home, for those who do not have time to wait for the delivery person and for those who do not have a doorman, among other situations.

HOW DO CLICK RETIRE E-BOXES WORK?

Clique Retire connects to different e-commerce platforms, such as Linx and VTEX, for example. If you use one of these platforms, then you can perform an integration. In this way, at the checkout stage, it will be possible to offer deliveries in e-Boxes to customers.

Indeed, during the checkout of your virtual store, the customer chooses the e-Box that is closest or most convenient for him. You then prepare the package and send it to the Clique Collect distribution center. Finally, the package is sent by the Clique Withdraw team to the appropriate e-Box.

The customer, in turn, receives a message via SMS/email when the order is available for collection. In the same message, he receives a QR Code, which he must use to unlock the smart locker and remove the product. That simple.

Many e-commerces are already using the solution. The TB Make virtual store, developed by the e-Plus Agency with the VTEX platform, for example, is one of these e-commerces. Customers from Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo can buy any product in this store and receive it in the e-Boxes.

HOW TO INSTALL THE SOLUTION IN YOUR ONLINE STORE?

Each e-commerce platform has a different process for installing the Click Collect solution. On the VTEX platform, for example, you must first access the VTEX Admin and change the URL to . Next, you need to create an appKey and appToken.

Subsequently, it is necessary to synchronize the pick-up points via API. It is also necessary to associate a carrier with the pick-up points, create a shipping policy, define a shipping table and inform the size of the packages. Also configure the opening hours, among other parameters.
