At the time of this analysis (July 2019), Dafiti's online store ranks 5.751 globally and 148 nationally in the Alexa ranking.

BRIEF HISTORY OF DAFITI
Dafiti is an online store retailer that sells clothes, shoes, accessories, cosmetics and home items.

Founded in 2011, in São Paulo, by the Brazilian Philipp Povel in partnership with the French Thibaud Lecuyer and the Germans Malte Horeyseck and Malte Huffmann, the company received an initial investment of R$ 50 million from the Rocket Internet incubator.
The enterprise grew rapidly, so that by the end of the same year it already had branches in Argentina and Chile.
Later, the following year, the company would open another branch in Colombia.
In 2015, the online store merged with two other stores, Tricae and Kanui.
From this integration, the Dafiti Group emerged, which today is the largest fashion and lifestyle e-commerce group in Latam.

DAFITI BLOG FEATURES
Then you can check out a complete analysis from the Dafiti Blog (with data from July 2019).

Items such as Design, content, links, authors, frequency, banners, mobile, organizational culture, Google search, audience content, social networks and subscriptions will be commented on.
Design:
I submitted Dafiti Mag to the Responsive Design Checker, which proved that the media adapts well to the large screens of desktops and notebooks, as well as the small screens of tablets and smartphones.
This is without a doubt a big plus point.
Responsiveness enables a better reading experience, more interaction, and a reduction in bounce rate.
As for the general aspect of Design, the blog's home page presents (on large screens):
- Category menu next to the Dafiti brand that leads the reader to the virtual store;
- Blog logo with the title Dafiti Mag and the subtitle “Fashion and lifestyle tips and trends”;
- New menu with buttons “for them”, “for them”, “finds” that leads the reader inside the blog;
- Search field to search for blog posts;
- “Scrollable” dial with seven callouts with photos for blog posts;
- Ten calls with photos for articles in sequence;
- “Get Inspired” banner on the right side;
- Page selector at the end of calls to posts;
- Footer 1 with “most searched brands” and “top categories”;
- Footer 2 with “social”, “help”, “dafiti”, “shops”, “payment”, “certifications”, etc.
On small screens you can see the same content, only in a more compact form.
In short, in terms of Design, Dafiti Mag is a simple and intuitive blog, very easy to access.
Content:
The content revolves around subjects such as "Fashion and trends", "How to wear", "Lifestyle", "Inspiration", "Beauty", "Tips for the occasion", "Sports" and "Personal care" divided into categories “For them” and “For them”.
In general, texts are short. They are between 300 and 600 words each.
Most articles have a photo in the opening and nothing else.
Apparently, the producers don't use plugins like Yoast SEO, since there's no visible concern about keyword usage.
For example, there is no repetition of keywords in titles, subtitles and photo captions.
Finally, the proper use of keywords makes it possible to index posts in better positions in the search indexes of search engines such as Google, which can improve the blog audience and also the virtual store that receives links from it.
Links:
There are basically two types of links in Dafiti Mag articles:
1 – The links about words in the middle of the texts
2 – The links included in the “See more products” buttons between one paragraph and another

Type 2 links rarely relate to the subject of the text. They are randomly included in the middle of the articles.
Furthermore, none of these links lead the reader to other blog articles.
Virtually all of them take the reader to category pages within the Dafiti online store.
Well, I would distribute these links better. That is, I would integrate some of them with other blog articles and send some of them to the store.
This would undoubtedly reinforce both the blog and the store.
Also, the links you would send to the store would not be to category pages, but to specific product pages.
That is, I would direct the reader so that he is as close as possible to making a purchase decision.
Therefore, I would be more careful when inserting type 2 links. In other words, I would only include links that have a strict relationship with the subject discussed in the previous paragraph.
Brands:
As with other blogs I've reviewed here on the website of the e-commerce and digital marketing specialist agency, e-Plus, the Dafiti blog has authors, but they don't have biographies.
What I mean is that, in fact, all posts are signed by people. However, no one knows who they are, as there is no information about their profession or history.
Therefore, it is not possible to know if the person who produced the content was an expert or if it was an intern at the company.
So here's the tip: if you're going to work with authors, try to provide a biography of them so readers can know who they're dealing with.
Periodicity:
Dafiti Mag posts do not have a date, so it is not possible to know the publication frequency.
I always recommend including dates in articles, as this helps the reader to identify if the post is new or outdated.
Letting the reader read a whole piece of content only to find out that it no longer works is to waste time, which is not good for them or for your brand.
Banner:
The blog has a banner called “Get inspired” on the right side.

Anyone who clicks on it is forwarded to a category page within the Dafiti virtual store.
There are no “Ad sense” banners for other sites.
Mobile:
According to the Google Mobile Friendly Test, Blog Dafiti is optimized for mobile devices.
In the test on PageSpeed Insights, also from Google, Dafiti Mag got a score of 41 (considered slow speed) on mobile devices; and score 84 (considered average speed) on desktops.
For optimization purposes, PageSpeed Insights recommends setting an appropriate image size , postponing off-screen images, providing images in the latest formats, and eliminating rendering-inhibiting features, among other measures.
Organizational culture:
In general, the colors and format of the blog match the online store.
This is good because it unifies the brand , makes it easier for the public to assimilate it, and avoids problems related to a lack of credibility.
In addition, the Dafiti Blog has a logo called Dafiti Mag, however it does not have a logo.
I think a logo would give the blog more personality and make it more powerful.
Search Google:
The keyword “Blog Dafiti” is searched between 10 and 100 times a month on Google, according to Keyword Planner.
Audience content:
The comments field is activated on the blog, however, the posts receive very few interventions from readers.
Most of the posts I viewed didn't have any comments.
Social networks and subscriptions:
The comment field is integrated into Facebook.
In addition, at the end of the posts there are buttons for sharing content on Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest and Google Plus.
Google Plus, as everyone knows, no longer exists.

Indeed, the blog also does not have an email capture form. I think it should, because a good qualified Email Marketing list is a gold mine in e-commerce.
Finally, I didn't find buttons for Dafiti fanpages anywhere on the blog.

CONCLUSION ABOUT THE DAFITI BLOG
The Dafiti blog is a communication medium very similar to the other blogs I've analyzed so far, such as those of Casas Bahia , Ponto Frio, and Saraiva , among others.
Like most other blogs, Dafiti Mag doesn't take SEO seriously.
There is practically no keyword optimization, for example.
In my view, SEO should be taken seriously, as it makes it possible to rank posts well in search engines and allows consumers to find the content they are looking for easily and especially on your blog and not on your competitor's blog.
What's more, Blog Dafiti has no email capture form, which could provide leads to the company's Email Marketing system.
These leads, in turn, could be groomed via email messages until they feel ready to make a purchase in the group's online store.
On the other hand, the blog manages to attract, delight and clear doubts of many consumers. Your links are likely to drive many potential buyers to your online store. So, even with some minor problems, the Dafiti Blog is on the right track.
